Terms of Service

1. The service

AndLeads provides ongoing reporting and automation support, spreadsheet automation, data integration, dashboard development and reporting maintenance, delivered through the AndLeads analytics and reporting platform and its client portal, on a monthly subscription.

Scope. Subscriptions cover ongoing support within a reasonable scope for the selected package. Major new systems, complex integrations, or large implementation projects may require a separate setup fee or custom package, agreed in advance.

2. Billing

Packages are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the paid period.

3. Connecting third-party services, including Google Sheets

To build your reporting, AndLeads may connect to third-party services you use, such as Google Sheets. For Google Sheets the connection is made through Google's authorization process and lets AndLeads read only the spreadsheets you choose, as described in the Privacy Policy. You authorize AndLeads to access and process the data from the services and spreadsheets you choose, only to provide the service to you. You can withdraw that authorization at any time by asking us to disconnect, or by removing AndLeads in your Google Account permissions.

Google user data is handled as described in the Google user data section of our Privacy Policy. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Your data and your authority to share it

You retain ownership of your data, dashboards and reporting assets. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to connect the services and spreadsheets you ask us to use and to have us process the data in them, including any personal information of other people that they contain. Do not give us access to data you are not authorized to share.

5. Accounts, access and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, for the activity under your accounts, and for the people you authorize to use the client portal. You are also responsible for maintaining the sharing and access permissions of the spreadsheets and accounts you connect, for example removing access to a spreadsheet when it should no longer be reported on. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service or the client portal to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, to probe, disrupt or overload the service, to share your login with people who are not authorized, to process data unlawfully, or to misuse another person's information. We may suspend access where needed to protect the service, its users or their data.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your business data as confidential and use it only to deliver the service.

8. Third-party platforms and changes to them

The service depends on third-party tools, interfaces and platforms (for example Google Sheets and Google's APIs, Google Looker Studio, and advertising platforms). Their availability, limits, permissions and functionality can change, and a third party may restrict or end access. We are not responsible for changes, outages or limitations of those platforms, but we will work to adapt your reporting when they change.

9. Liability

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed.
