Terms of Service

The service. AndLeads provides ongoing reporting and automation support, spreadsheet automation, data integration, dashboard development and reporting maintenance, on a monthly subscription.

Scope. Subscriptions cover ongoing support within a reasonable scope for the selected plan. Major new systems, complex integrations, or large implementation projects may require a separate setup fee or custom plan, agreed in advance.

Billing. Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the paid period.

Your data. You retain ownership of your data, dashboards and reporting assets. You are responsible for having the rights to grant us access to the systems you connect.

Confidentiality. We treat your business data as confidential and use it only to deliver the service.

Third-party platforms. The service depends on third-party tools (e.g. Google Looker Studio, advertising platforms). We are not responsible for changes, outages or limitations of those platforms, but we will work to adapt your reporting when they change.

Liability. The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.

Changes. We may update these terms; the current version will always be published on this page.
