Google Sheets Automation Services

We connect Google Sheets to your advertising, analytics, CRM and ecommerce tools, then automate the importing, cleaning and reporting so the sheet is simply ready when you open it.

What we automate

Automate Google Sheets reports, end to end.

Google Sheets data automation means the data arrives, gets cleaned and becomes a report without anyone exporting, pasting or fixing formulas on a Monday morning.

Google Ads to Google Sheets

Spend, clicks, conversions and cost per lead landing in your reporting sheet on schedule. Connect Google Ads to Google Sheets once, then stop exporting.

Meta Ads to Google Sheets

Campaign and ad set performance imported and reshaped into the columns your report actually uses.

GA4 to Google Sheets

Sessions, conversions and channel performance from Google Analytics 4, refreshed automatically.

CRM to Google Sheets

Pipeline, deals and contact activity from tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel or ActiveCampaign, consolidated for reporting.

Ecommerce data to Google Sheets

Orders, revenue and payment data from Shopify and Stripe in one clean revenue view.

Recurring reporting

Weekly and monthly reporting tabs that rebuild themselves, with automated KPI calculations like ROAS, CPL and conversion rate.

How it works

From scattered tools to a sheet that runs itself.

STEP 01

Map the sources

We list the tools and exports your reporting depends on.

STEP 02

Connect and import

Data flows into Google Sheets on a schedule instead of by copy-paste.

STEP 03

Clean and calculate

Formats standardized, duplicates removed, KPIs calculated the same way every time.

STEP 04

Maintain

We monitor the refreshes and fix what breaks, month after month.

The collection and cleaning layer behind this is our data automation service. When a sheet is not enough, the same data can feed a live Looker Studio dashboard.

Why Google Sheets

The reporting tool your team already knows.

Google Sheets is where most business reporting actually happens: it is shareable, flexible and free. The weakness is the manual work that creeps in around it. Automating that work keeps the familiar spreadsheet interface your team likes, minus the exporting, pasting and reformatting. And because it stays a normal Google Sheet, you can still add a column, a note or a chart whenever you want.

FAQ

Google Sheets automation, answered.

Which tools can you connect to Google Sheets?
The sources we work with most are Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Mixpanel, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Stripe and Shopify, plus CSV exports and APIs. If a tool has an export, a connector or an API, we can usually evaluate it.
How often can the data refresh?
On the schedule that fits the report: daily, weekly or monthly for most reporting sheets. Once a refresh is set up, it runs without anyone opening the sheet.
Do we keep ownership of our Google Sheets?
Yes. The sheets live in your Google account, your team keeps full access, and everything stays editable. We automate the repetitive parts without locking you out of your own files.
What does Google Sheets automation cost?
Ongoing automation and maintenance is covered by our monthly plans, starting at $50 per month for small businesses. A substantial one-time build may need a separate setup fee, which we always agree on first.
What happens when a connection breaks or a platform changes?
Fixing it is our job, not yours. Platforms rename fields and connections expire; monitoring and repairing the workflow is exactly what the subscription covers.
