Solution for agencies

Marketing Agency Reporting Support

Your agency owns the clients and the strategy. We run the reporting behind it: data connections, client dashboards, automated spreadsheets and the recurring reports that eat your team's week. White-label friendly by design.

The problem

Client reporting is recurring work that never bills like it costs.

Every agency knows the rhythm: exports, cleanup, dashboard checks, KPI math, formatting, send. Then the next client. Then next month, again.

Recurring client reports

Every client expects a report on a schedule, and every one of them lands on the same few people.

Data scattered across platforms

Ad platforms, analytics, CRMs and commerce tools all export differently, and someone has to pull it all together.

Spreadsheet cleanup

Exports arrive messy: mismatched date ranges, renamed campaigns, duplicated rows, broken formulas.

Dashboards that drift

Looker Studio dashboards quietly break when connections expire or fields change, usually right before a client call.

Manual KPI math

ROAS, CPL, blended spend and custom client metrics get recalculated by hand, differently each month.

Accounts that keep changing

Clients add platforms, rename campaigns and change goals, and the reporting has to keep up.

None of it is strategy. All of it is necessary. That is exactly the kind of work AndLeads exists to take over.

Behind the scenes

White-label friendly, and quiet about it.

The service is designed to work behind the scenes and support your agency without disrupting the client relationship. Dashboards and report sheets can live in accounts your agency controls and carry your branding where the tools allow it. Your clients deal with you, results are presented by you, and we never contact them. To your roster, the reporting simply works.

We are a reporting and automation partner, not a marketing agency. We do not run campaigns, write ads or compete for your clients' marketing budget, so there is no overlap to manage.

How it works

From your client roster to client-ready reporting.

  1. Step 1

Tell us about your client reporting

Which clients, which platforms, what you deliver today and what it should look like. Existing dashboards and sheets are a starting point, not a problem.

  2. Step 2

    We connect the data sources

Advertising, analytics, CRM and commerce data starts flowing from each client account into the reporting structure, automatically and on schedule.

  3. Step 3

We build or take over the reporting

Dashboards, automated sheets and recurring reports are set up per client with consistent metrics, or we take over what you already built.

  4. Step 4

    Reporting runs on schedule

Data refreshes, sheets fill in, dashboards stay current and recurring reports are ready before their deadlines, without your team assembling them.

  5. Step 5

    You deliver, we maintain

Your agency presents the work and owns the client relationship. We stay in the background monitoring connections, fixing breakage and adjusting as accounts change.

Data sources

Built on the platforms your clients already run.

We connect the tools agencies actually use. No invented integrations, and CSV exports cover the long tail.

Who this is for

Agencies that would rather do client work than reporting work.

  • Agencies managing reporting across multiple client accounts
  • Agencies with recurring weekly or monthly reporting workloads
  • Agencies presenting client results in Looker Studio
  • Agencies whose client reporting lives in Google Sheets or Excel
  • Small and growing agencies that don't want to hire a dedicated reporting specialist

AndLeads has worked in data and reporting operations since 2018. Agency reporting is repetitive, detail-heavy and deadline-driven, which is exactly the kind of work we are built for.

FAQ

Agency reporting support, answered.

Can you work behind the scenes so clients only deal with our agency?
Yes. The service is designed to work behind the scenes. We build and maintain the reporting, your agency presents it. Dashboards and reports can live in accounts your agency controls and carry your branding where the tools allow it, and we never contact your clients.
Can you work with the dashboards and spreadsheets we already have?
Yes, and we usually prefer to. If an existing Looker Studio dashboard or client sheet is fundamentally sound, we take over its maintenance and improve it gradually instead of forcing a rebuild. Rebuilds happen only when something is genuinely broken.
Can you automate our Google Sheets client reports?
Yes. Recurring client reports that someone currently assembles by hand in Google Sheets or Excel are one of the most common things we automate: data arrives on schedule, formulas and formatting stay intact, and the sheet is client-ready without the monthly scramble.
Can you support reporting for multiple clients at once?
Yes. Multi-client reporting is what the agency plan is built for. We set up a repeatable structure per client account with consistent KPI definitions, so adding the next client is a known process rather than a new project.
Can you work with our existing data sources?
In most cases, yes. We work with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads; analytics like Google Analytics 4 and Search Console; CRM and marketing tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel and ActiveCampaign; commerce and payments like Shopify and Stripe; plus CSV exports, spreadsheets and APIs.
What happens when a client adds or removes a platform?
You tell us, and we handle the rest: connect or retire the data source, update the affected dashboards, sheets and recurring reports, and check that KPIs still calculate correctly. Keeping reporting in step with changing client accounts is part of ongoing management, not a change request.
How does ongoing reporting support work month to month?
The agency plan is a monthly subscription, currently $100 per month, that covers recurring reporting cycles, dashboard and spreadsheet maintenance, monitoring of data connections, and reasonable ongoing requests. Large new builds or complex integrations may need a separate setup fee, always agreed on first.

Hand off the reporting. Keep the clients.

Tell us how many clients you report for and which platforms they run. We'll map out how the handoff works.
